Description

A former Fitbit product manager launched the tech company Hyperhuman, which is made up of an elite group of IT professionals and former athletes. In the health and fitness sector, AI has the potential to completely transform how video content is produced and distributed. Hyperhuman was established in 2020 in Brasov, Romania, by a group of IT specialists and former professional athletes. While Covid was in lockdown, the idea was refined by producing online physical therapy, yoga, or fitness programs. The main drawback is that it takes a lot of time and money to make excellent fitness videos. The recommended solution is using AI to instantly transform any type of pre-existing fitness footage into a useful training library. Then, in just a few minutes, an entire full-length video exercise may be made and distributed worldwide utilizing the user-friendly content creator provided by Hyperhuman.

The project aims at increasing competitiveness and profit of Hyperhuman by creating this innovative online application capable of using the AI engine that would create a exercise library from raw content in the fitness industry.

Achieving this aim requires:

- Financial and Project Management

- PR and Promotion of the Project

- Investment Activity

- Participation at relevant health and fitness conferences

Summary of project results

The project aimed to address several key challenges in the fitness content creation industry. Firstly, producing high-quality exercise videos was both time-consuming and costly. This was a significant barrier for fitness content creators who needed to generate on-demand content at scale. Additionally, there was a need to make video content production faster, more affordable, and easier. Another challenge was the lack of advanced personalization for created content, which limited the ability to provide workout analysis and feedback for consumers.

By leveraging AI-powered solutions, the project sought to reduce the time and effort required for video processing, thereby shortening the creation of exercise libraries for fitness content creators. The proposed solution involved using AI to quickly transform any existing fitness video into a usable training library. This approach aimed to eliminate the obstacles to supplying on-demand content and enable advanced personalization for every piece of content created on the platform.

The project undertook several key activities to achieve its objectives. Firstly, it established a baseline for the Video AI Algorithm, which served as the foundation for the AI-powered solutions. The next step involved creating a feedback and training loop for the AI engine, ensuring continuous improvement and accuracy. The project also automated the video submission and exercise breakdown process, making it easier for users to contribute content.

One of the significant activities was the development of WorkoutAI for trainees. This feature utilized the phone camera to provide out-of-the-box workout analysis for any content produced and processed by the proprietary video AI. Additionally, the project covered costs for the cloud environment, video storage, and application deployment, including both production and testing environments.

Project and financial management were crucial components, ensuring that the project stayed on track and within budget. The project also included PR and promotion activities, such as press releases, product videos, video testimonials, business interviews, social media campaigns, paid promotions, and newsletters. Participation in relevant health and fitness conferences was another key activity to promote the project and its outcomes.

The outputs of the project included the development of innovative technologies and processes. Specifically, the project created smart fitness content from existing videos using the power of AI. This innovative application was capable of transforming raw content into a comprehensive exercise library, making video content production fast, affordable, and easy. The project also enabled advanced personalization for every piece of content, providing workout analysis and feedback for consumers.

The project achieved significant results, benefiting various stakeholders in the fitness content creation industry. One of the primary outcomes was the creation of an innovative online application capable of using an AI engine to transform raw content into a comprehensive exercise library. This application made video content production fast, affordable, and easy, addressing a major challenge for fitness content creators.

The project also enabled advanced personalization for every piece of content created on the platform. This included workout analysis and feedback for consumers, enhancing their overall experience and engagement with the content. As a result, fitness content creators were able to produce high-quality exercise videos more efficiently and at a lower cost, allowing them to scale their offerings and reach a broader audience.

Overall, the project had a significant impact on the fitness content creation industry, providing innovative solutions that benefited both content creators and consumers. The advanced AI-powered application and personalized workout analysis contributed to a more efficient and engaging fitness experience for all stakeholders involved.
