Programme Concerns
In developing the concept note and during the implementation of the programme, the Programme Operator shall seek to ensure synergies with the programme Research, the programme Education, Scholarships, Apprenticeships and Youth Entrepreneurship, the programme Renewable Energy, Energy efficiency, Energy Security and other programmes, where relevant.

National Programme Partner could be considered in order to build up capacity and transfer knowledge.
Bilateral Ambitions
€ 200,000 shall be allocated to the programme from the fund for bilateral relations.
