Naty Delice, a small cake and sweets enterprise, is undertaking a project, through the EEA and Norway Grants, to expand its production line. The project aims to automate production operations, enhance product quality, and meet rising market demand. The goal is to improve the company''s competitiveness in the confectionery sector by modernizing its production processes and addressing growth opportunities. The project aligns with principles of good corporate governance and emphasizes positive environmental practices.

The main aims of this project lie in increasing Naty Delice''s capacity and competitiveness through innovative and green technology. Through this the project aims at Naty Delice ensuring an autonomous production flow that also leads to an increase in production capacity.

This project also contains a strong bilateral component. For this project, Naty Delice has partnered up with Norwegian company NOVELTEX. NOVELTEX are actively contributing to the project by assisting Naty Delice in designing an efficient green production line that caters to both batch and craft production. Noveltex''s experience in starting up production units and combining various process structures is invaluable for optimizing production efficiency. This bilateral cooperation is crucial for achieving the project''s objectives and enhancing Naty Delice''s production capabilities.

Naty Delice, a small cake and sweets enterprise, aimed to become more competitive, through modernization and increase of production line. 

With the help of the EEA grants, the Project Promoter purchased modern and environmentally friendly equipment ensuring an autonomous production flow, thus leading to increase in production capacity. 

The project contributed to the increase of the company''s productivity and competitiveness, having a positive impact on the Romanian business environment. 

Summary of bilateral results

The Norwegian Partner was involved in the design of the production line and also facilitated contacts with other business of interest for the Project Promoter in Norway.
