Challenges in the area of assets recovery
During the two-conference, a comparative study prepared by the Council of Europe in collaboration with the Czech Ministry of Justice will be presented. The study compares Czech legislation for assets recovery with the legislation of Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom. The conference will gather experts and colleagues from different European countries who will introduce challenges in the area of assets recovery in their respective countries. Among the thematic areas covered are international and EU standards on asset recovery, legal means used in investigations and management, use and disposal of confiscated assets.The conference is organised by the Financial Analytical Unit of the Czech Ministry of Finance and the Unit for Combating Corruption and Financial Crime of the Czech Police, and is organised within the framework of the Czech 'Capacity-building and institutional cooperation' programme.Dowload the conference invitationDownload the conference agendaRead more about the EEA and Norway Grants to the Czech Republic
