Conference: Challenges in the area of assets recovery

During the two-conference, a comparative study prepared by the Council of Europe in collaboration with the Czech Ministry of Justice will be presented. The study compares Czech legislation for assets recovery with the legislation of Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom. The conference will gather experts and colleagues from different European countries who will introduce challenges in the area of assets recovery in their respective countries.
