The forum will convene under the auspices of the Government Office of the Slovak Republic and in close cooperation with the Institute for Stability and Development, the Norwegian Barents Secretariat, the National Institute for Strategic Studies - regional branch in Uzhorod and the Consulate General of the Slovak Republic in Uzhorod.The four-day forum will provide an important arena for discussing experiences, challenges and perspectives within different thematic areas, such as local and regional development of the border region, border regime and local border traffic at EU borders, cross-border cooperation from the perspective of economy, V4 countries and Ukraine cross-border cooperation and opportunities for youth and young people in cross-border cooperation.The annual forum is organised under the framework of the 'Cross-border cooperation programme' financed by the Norway Grants.
