Description
The aim of the initiative is to develop closure collaboration with Norwegian organization for a purpose to transfer their experience with e-learning into Czech environment within prepared PDP Patient HUB.
This is a short-lived and one-time initiative that creates the conditions for successful implementation of the follow-on PDP Patient HUB.
The main activity is travel of one person from Czech republic (professional guarantor) to establish contacts and deeper cooperation with Norwegian patient organization, which will be in a role of consultant and partly a model for patient HUB in Czech republic
