The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the Norway Grants funding was implemented in Romania in the 2009-2014 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which programmes were to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor countries.
The MoU is in force as of 22 March 2012 and was amended on 18 October 2012, 3 February 2014 and 28 October 2014.
