The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the EEA Grants funding was implemented in Poland in the 2004-2009 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which areas were to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor countries.
The MoU was signed on 14 October 2004 and was amended on 18 December 2007 and 9 November 2010.
