Latvia - Memorandum of Understanding on the Norway Grants 2021-2028

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the Norway Grants funding will be implemented in Latvia in the 2021-2028 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which programmes are to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor states.
