The bilateral guideline aims to provide relevant stakeholders with an overview and clarification of requirements concerning the strengthening of bilateral relations, and to provide guidance and suggestions for how to best implement these requirements in practice.
The guideline addresses relevant processes within programmes, projects and the fund for bilateral relations and should be of relevance to the national focal points, programme operators and donor programme partners.
