The analysis of the social infrastructure in Municipality of Pavlikeni shows that there is no guaranteed set of prevention services to support parents and children in the process of raising and educating children. In this respect, the project will increase the willingness of children to attend kindergarten and it will increase the confidence of parents (secondary target group) in the educational institutions. The main objective of the project is improving the welfare of 264 children, aged 3 to 6 years old (main target group), at risk of social exclusion through preservation and development of the cultural identity in integrational multicultural environment and better preparation for school. In the implementation of the project, the partner will provide its experience and knowledge, which will enhance the quality of results.
