The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the Norway Grants funding was implemented in Bulgiara in the 2009-2014 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which programmes were to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor countries.
The MoU is in force as of 30 June 2011 and was amended on 17 January 2014, 27 October 2014 and 8 March 2016.
