The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the EEA Grants funding was implemented in Portugal in the 2009-2014 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which programmes were to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor countries.
The MoU is in force as of 30 March 2012 and was amended on 28 February 2014, 4 November 2014 and 15 June 2016.
