Romania - Memorandum of Understanding on the Norway Grants 2014-2021

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the Norway Grants funding will be implemented in Romania in the 2014-2021 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which programmes are to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor countries.
 
The MoU is in force as of 14 October 2016 and was amended on 8 September 2020.
