Together with the economic development of the country, more and more often the extensive agricultural model is giving way to intensive agricultural production and large-area farms: no more baulks, water holes, woodlots or shrubs, all of which play a key role in the survival of countless animal species. The objective of the project is to increase social awareness of the environmental value of agricultural areas in Poland and to promote efforts to maintain it. The project will convince farmers to keep such elements of landscape as baulks, water holes, shrubs, etc. on their farms. It will promote knowledge about items of agricultural landscapes that are crucial to the natural environment and it will promote the positive image of animals which dwell there.
