This document outlines the strategy for the risk management of the EEA & Norway Grants in the 2014-2021 funding period. The strategy applies directly to the donor states and their Secretariat – the Financial Mechanism
Office (FMO).

The strategy builds on the legal framework for the EEA & Norway Grants 2014-2021 (section 6) and should be read in conjunction with the results guideline.
