Description
In the last years, SALVA has been immersed in a strategy-level company focused on improving the efficiency of their equipment, and as a result, the thread of this strategy have developed new models of electric furnace with very good qualities in terms of consumption and sustainability. Given the impact that this factor represents to the final user, SALVA has decided to design and develop this project in which arises a differential technological leap, by introducing new elements focused on the evaluation and control of operating parameters, allowing energy savings and a significant reduction of emissions. The main objective of this project is to develop new gas convection ovens that have high performance, are more efficient and generate less emissions, all of which will suit the current needs of the market and reduce the environmental impact of the baking process. This will help to achieve the objective for the EU “20/20/ 20" to climate and energy policy, taking into account that it will work on the reduction of energy consumption and emissions.
Summary of project results
The main objective of this project was to develop new gas convection ovens with high-performance, more efficient and generated less emissions, which will suit the current needs of the market and reduce the environmental impact of the baking process. At the end of the project, SALVA is a greater knowledge of this type of equipment and was achieved the develop and market of a new range of high performance and high efficiency convection ovens. The results of this project will allow SALVA to have a differential product that will bring to the end user the following benefits: - To be the most efficient gas ovens in the market (less consumption and low emission). - To be the only gas ovens in having functions of autoshutdown. - To be able to manage its functioning and obtain information about productions and consumptions through the panel control. - Easy to handle through a very intuitive control panel
