Description

The project aims to support the employees of the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences (EASS) in fulfilling responsibilities related to children and grandchildren in order for them to maintain balance between their work and family life. Special emphasis is put on the activities focusing on fathers working at the EASS,so that they can take a bigger role in the care of their young children’s. This would help to increase gender equality in families. The project helps to initiate an internal security related camp meant for primary school children of the employees and cadets of the EASS. In addition to the camps that would take place during the school holidays, the children aged 2-10 will obtain equipment and games that could support internal security related education, and which the children of the employees and cadets could use at their parents’ work/study place while the parents are working/studying.
