Summary of project results

The project addressed the project promoter’s need to boost its capacity and to introduce a strategic approach in its work with its members. As a result of the project activities a renewed vision for placement on the market of education and training services was elaborated and a Development Strategy of the organisation was prepared. Furthermore, two workshops were organised for the employees and members of Federation of Societies for Spread of Knowledge (FSSK) and 65 people were trained to work with volunteers and new plans for the future were made. The gained know-how is remaining with the organisation and the employees trained and the volunteers involved remain as human capital.
