The project aims at enhancing the capacity of the applicant by introducing web-based platforms and interactive tools. First, a website, database of users and an e-library with more than 1600 titles will be developed and tested by the users, i.e. people with visual impairments. Second, a user’s manual for work with the new e-services will be developed. 2 team members and 4 volunteers will be trained to use the new e-services. The project will benefit not only the applicant by boosting its capacity to deliver more efficiently e-services to its target group but also will benefit the users, i.e. visually impaired people across Bulgaria.
