Description
The project aims to help Romanian organizations to adopt smart city solutions by assessing their strengths, weaknesses, and chances to work with and learn from Norwegian entities. This will enable them to use more digital tools and solutions to create Smart City Roadmaps. The Roadmaps will guide municipalities and county councils to use smarter and more sustainable, cost-effective, and user-friendly solutions.
