Description
This bilateral initiative aims to develop joint initiatives between APAC Portugal and WayBack that will bring innovative approaches to the prison system and the social reintegration of imprisoned people and those released from prison. Based on the shared values of human dignity and proportionality of punishment and aiming at achieving the penalty’s purpose of social reintegration, the initiative has the following objectives:
Exchange of good practices and knowledge sharing on innovative solutions for the prison system and the social reintegration of those imprisoned and released from prison;
