Summary of the results

The bilateral initiative focused on strengthening the partnership between KDETYD and the Norwegian NGO Intermezzo Ungdomsorganisasjon, with an emphasis on empowering and training vulnerable social groups. In July 2021, three KDETYD members participated in a training program in Drammen, Norway. The training aimed to enhance skills, exchange good practices, and promote collaboration with European and national organizations, helping to improve KDETYD''s activities and support its international growth. In August, KDETYD organized a workshop titled "Empowering Vulnerable Women in an Equal Opportunities Society" at the Archaeological Museum of Drama. The workshop targeted women aged 25 to 60 from vulnerable groups, providing them with tools and skills to promote equality, justice, and solidarity. Later in August, KDETYD held an informational meeting to raise awareness and train local associations on developing initiatives for vulnerable groups. The meeting fostered collaboration among local women and other organizations, discussing networking, sharing best practices, and attracting new members for social initiatives. Finally, the initiative included publications to promote the Active Citizens Fund program, raise awareness about KDETYD, and encourage greater community involvement in building a more equal society.
