Description
With the project we want to achieve the following goals: to gain inspiration for planning our activities in 2024, to increase the Association''s visibility in the local community and the level of public trust. The added value will be to increase motivation among potential partners to get involved in our activities. Our organisation will be joined by 10 students and 3 specialists - architects, urban planners, experts in urban planning, real estate, use of renewable energy sources, etc.
Summary of project results
The project was a response to four main problems/issues of our young organization 1/ increasing competences in the field of smart city, using the knowledge and experience of others - this purpose will be served by the participation of 5 RSC representatives in the Smart City Forum 2023; 2/ lack of effective information and promotional activities: the solution is to develop a promotion concept that is consistent in terms of image, multi-channel and effectively reaches the target groups we have defined as a service provided by a professional PR company. commissioning a marketing agency to prepare professional visual identification, including: an original logo design, graphic motif (key visual), basic brand book, a set of logo files, etc.); 3/ we lack members and volunteers, so we want to recruit students: we should organize an event addressed to this group, which will be an academic seminar "Youth Smart City". This will be an opportunity to promote and, above all, to obtain contacts with people who will be interested in the subject of smart city; 4/ the need for our association to be present in the minds of Rzeszów residents and in the urban space – for this purpose, it is justified to involve spatial planning experts, architects, designers, and city leaders in the activities of the RSC. The “Smart City ArcHit” debate devoted to popularizing Smart City solutions in design, urbanization, revitalization, etc. served this purpose.
