Description

The project needs to be implemented, as it will allow to increase work efficiency in the operation of the LAIVU MĀJA cafe. The premises are relatively small, narrow to ensure efficient work for the staff who prepare the food. Therefore, the purchase of a sushi machine would ensure faster fulfillment of customer orders and thus increase the company''s profit and net turnover. The demand for sushi, especially on weekday evenings and holidays, is unpredictable and customers have to wait up to 2 hours for their order or it is simply refused. The implementation of the project will ensure more efficient and economically beneficial operation for the company itself, the possibility to fulfill all customer orders even in its narrow premises and for the customer - the possibility of receiving the order and timely order.

Summary of project results

The goal of the project - to strengthen the economic development in the city of Rezekne and latgale region by improving the preparation of sia "ROMANDA" boat house sushi, increasing the production capacity of sushi and changing the preparation process.

1. As part of the project,  2 new jobs have been created.

2. As a result of the project, equipment has been purchased that ensures a faster, more efficient, high-quality, visually equally attractive process for SUSHI. The following equipment that ensures accurate dosing and slicing of raw materials and portions, which allows you to make good use of food products and maintain a constant product quality and  at the same time, this ensures a more economical use of raw materials and the influence of workers'' hands on the final product. Also, the equipment will provide faster creation of sushi, up to 450 units in 1 hour, was purchased:

* Purchase of sushi cooking appliances (Maki Roll maker LCR - 700R and Maki cutter LC-105)

* Purchase of cold showcase GN 6 1/4

The new equipment ensures accurate and uniform dosing of products and molding of the finished product, which allows you to use food products efficiently and maintain a constant product quality. The purchase of such equipment allows you to reduce manual labor and the need for additional premises. The equipment will provide a more accurate rice supply through the equipment and thus visually more responsive to the consumer''s requirements for the final product – sushi.  The equipment allows you to make different types of rolls by simply replacing the unit of packaging. When changing the unit of packaging, the machine automatically recognizes what type of wallets need to be rolled. The unit is also embedded in the rice heater, this unit allows you to provide rice mats with the ideal temperature for consumption.

The automatic sushi cutter performs quick and accurate splitting of sushi into equal rolls, which will allow you to make good use of food products and maintain a constant product quality.  The safety cover sensor provides safety to the employee who will work with it due to the presence of a safety cover, and the equipment does not work without a cover. The compact and lightweight design allows you to transport the machine anywhere.

Sushi refrigeration unit, provides storage of the meat product – sushi at the appropriate temperature, at the same time for the presentation of sushi or starters.

As a result of the project new production is started and new jobs were created.
