Mister Ejs Manufactures Wooden Toys and Wooden Inventory for children''s sports and entertainment grounds. Planning to expand the range with home and garden wooden furniture and home accessories based on company’s design and technology. Prototypes of new products are already being developed and catalog has been drawn up. The company participated in the exhibition “Buyer Point 2022” in Milan with both existing and new products on May 17-18 and actively offers products for sale to retailers.
At this point, the timber is mostly cut with hand tools. Implementation of the project will allow to create both new products and improve the quality of existing products as well as will significantly increase production capacity. The purchase of new production equipment will help to improve and modernize the production process, replace manual work with machine work, which will make it more efficient and safer for the employees involved in the process.
Summary of project results
The aim of the project was to improve and modernise the production process, as hand work, done before the project was implemented, couldn''t proceed with necessary quality.
Within the framework of the project, new sawing, taping and grinding equipment was purchased, which allows to increase production capabilities and improve the accuracy of blanks, the quality of cutting, speed up the cutting process, which, in turn, will improve the quality of the final product and increase production capacity. The semi-automatic saw board garner allows you to increase the accuracy of work, since equipped with an automatic material fixing system, metal push-ups, rolls and a ruler. An automatic material fixing system and an automatic saw feeding mechanism ensure the operator''s work without direct contact with the sawing area, which increases the safety of work. A vertical band saw, a vertical drilling and tapping machine and a calibration grinder allow you to perform more complex work faster, easier, more accurately and more safely. As well as allows you to apply additional methods of processing materials.
The goal of the project has been achieved - the production process has been improved and modernized, which makes it possible to perform new production functions and apply new production technologies, bring new products and services into production, as well as accelerate the production cycle of existing products. Replacing manual labor with machine work facilitates and makes the work of employees involved in the production process much more efficient and safe. New equipment allows you to expand the range of products offered with more complex products by design. Within the framework of the project, a new workplace is created and a new employee is hired full-time.
