Description

Specific objectives of the project: 1. To increase the economic and social local development in the Municipality of Bansko by providing employment opportunities for 4 unemployed/inactive persons in "ADVANCED PROJECT CONSULTING" Ltd. 2. To increase and adapt the capacity of local employers, according to the modern economic environment, by providing training to employers and the opportunity to apply and exchange good practices and experiences from Norwegian organizations. 3. To increase the competitiveness of the unemployed/inactive persons from Bansko municipality by providing them with opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills to effectively enter the labour market. These objectives will be achieved by implementing the following activities: 1. Project management, provision of information, publicity and visualization; 2. Provide employment to unemployed/inactive persons from Bansko municipality in ADVANCED PROJECT CONSULTING" Ltd.; 3. Providing support to unemployed/inactive persons from Bansko municipality in applying for a job; 4. Organizing and conducting training of employers from Bansko municipality and exchange of good practices by the partner organization. These activities will achieve the following results: 4 unemployed/inactive persons will be provided with employment for at least 12 months within the timeframes of the project; 60 unemployed/inactive persons will receive training in CV and Cover letter writing; 60 unemployed/inactive persons will receive training in Entrepreneurship; 20 employers will receive training and exchange of good experience and practice from the project partner.
