Description

Project aims at increasing the competitiveness of the company in terms of turnover and net operational profit, by developing a digital facilitator Morph - an automated process for solving problems and increasing innovation. The software is considered to be an innovative one in the area of the crowdsourcing and innovation platforms which can serve the purpose of solving problems.  It will offer a structured, immersive, creative process for generating ideas. Morph will be designed as an innovation management software which will enable the digital management of enterprise innovation, starting from the generation of ideas developed by internal and external sources through multiple stages of evaluation to the selection of top ideas destined for implementation.

The new project aims to build upon the outcomes and outputs of the previous project through value creation and mainly by ensuring scalability and product diversification through implementation of an AI mechanism that will ultimately contribute to growth without high increase in costs. The additional aspect is driven by the need for automating and enhancing the process of curating valuable creative content on Morph. It aligns with the need to overcome scalability challenges and set Morph apart through innovation. Adding the AI component is essential in order to exclude the current manual efforts required for curating the creative content in Morph.

Summary of project results

The projects aimed to address several key challenges:

  • Scalability and Innovation: The primary challenge was to enhance the scalability and innovation of Morph, a digital facilitator designed to solve problems and increase innovation in companies building digital products or services.
  • Content Curation: There was a need to automate and enhance the process of curating valuable creative content on Morph, which was previously done manually.
  • Market Differentiation: The projects aimed to position Morph as a distinct and innovative solution in the market by integrating AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Communication and Outreach: The projects also aimed to improve communication about the funded projects among targeted audiences through various promotional activities

The projects involved several activities and outputs:

  • Development of Morph AI: This included conceptualization, planning, technical specifications documentation, procurement, prototyping, design, development, testing, user feedback integration, data labeling, product analytics integration, and deployment.
  • Legal Expertise: This involved managing legal aspects, securing intellectual property (IP) and trademarks for internally developed algorithms and innovations.
  • Project Management: Ensuring the project management by involving the internal team and subcontracting necessary services.
  • Promotion and Communication: Activities included social media campaigns, blog posts, press releases, dedicated landing pages, online media articles, events, video content creation, digital booklets, creative visuals, paid posts, and targeted advertising

The projects achieved several significant results:

  • AI-Powered Product: The development of an AI-powered product, including an AI-powered backend service and API interface.
  • Increased IP and Valuation: The projects increased the intellectual property and valuation of the company.
  • New Audience and User Satisfaction: The projects attracted a new audience, particularly facilitators who benefited from content curation, and increased user retention and satisfaction.
