Description

The Care Hub SRL, a digital home-care start-up, is embarking on a transformative project to enhance its proprietary digital platform with innovative AI and machine learning capabilities. This project aims to revolutionize the home care industry by increasing operational efficiency, addressing compliance and risk management issues, and ultimately providing a better care experience for older adults and caregivers. Bilateral cooperation with experienced partners is essential for the project''s success, and the grant support ensures its timely implementation, unlocking socio-economic benefits for the community. The project involves enhancing the company''s existing technology platform, which digitalizes key processes, streamlining operations, and repetitive tasks to deliver more efficient and effective care to older adults and caregivers.

The main aim of the project is to to increase company competitiveness by transforming its proprietary digital platform into an software-as-a-service (SaaS) so it can be widely utilized by other home care agencies across Europe without any up-front implementation costs by making it highly configurable and adaptable to most needs and business models

Achieving the goals of this project requires a series of key activities, including:

This project also contains a strong bilateral component through its cooperation with the Norwegian company "OSINT ANALYTICS AS".They will assist The Care Hub throughout the project in collecting and utilizing data, developing AI-based algorithms for care management, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall client experience. This bilateral cooperation is vital for leveraging OSINT Analytics'' expertise to enhance the project''s technology and provide a competitive edge. The partnership will include a kick-off workshop, quarterly meetings, and monthly progress reviews over the project''s duration.
