The main aim of the project is to to increase company competitiveness by transforming its proprietary digital platform into an software-as-a-service (SaaS) so it can be widely utilized by other home care agencies across Europe without any up-front implementation costs by making it highly configurable and adaptable to most needs and business models

This project also contains a strong bilateral component through its cooperation with the Norwegian company "OSINT ANALYTICS AS".They will assist The Care Hub throughout the project in collecting and utilizing data, developing AI-based algorithms for care management, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall client experience.
