The project''s primary goal is to promote awareness, provide training on green energy transition encompassing energy efficiency and renewable energy, and build competencies in these fields. The project comprises several key components:
Organizing conferences in five major Romanian cities (Bucharest, Timisoara, Brasov, Constanta, Iasi) to raise awareness about energy efficiency and renewable energy among the general public and public authorities.
Conducting training sessions on energy efficiency and renewable energy, facilitated by experienced partners, targeting local, regional, or central public entities, as well as associations of households and apartment blocks.
Hosting a week-long summer school program designed for students and early-career professionals to provide in-depth knowledge about fundamental aspects of the energy sector.
Launching a media awareness campaign focusing on energy efficiency and renewable energy, with the aim of reaching the general public, public sector organizations, and educational institutions.
The project aims to engage 270 individuals in conferences and workshops and train 80 people. Key responsibilities include the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund overseeing training support development and Directorate for Energy Efficiency within the Ministry of Energy participating in support elaboration, sharing insights from policy development, and monitoring energy efficiency improvement programs at the national level.

During the project implementation conferences and training sessions in five major cities from Romania were organized, a summer school was organized and awareness raising campaign was conducted.
Over 270 individuals participated in conferences and workshops and over 80 people were trained.
