Description

This project is thought of as a useful and necessary tool to successfully implement the institutional development strategy of the Ovidius University of Constanța in the aforementioned directions. Our university needs a human resource capable of being actively involved in the implementation of the internationalization strategy, able to quickly adapt to the newest and most innovative teaching methods, to deepen its expertise in quality assurance. During the mobilities, certain events and/or meetings involving the participation of representatives of the socio-economic environment will be integrated, to be able to balance the needs of the two education systems and to be able to propose new directions of cooperation between the parties involved. The main objective of the project is to contribute to the institutional development of the Ovidius University of Constanta and to enhance the institutional cooperation between the Ovidius University of Constanta and the universities of the Donor States. On the one hand, this project is expected to lay the foundations of a knowledge exchange networks between professionals from the Donor States universities and those from the Ovidius University of Constanta, starting from the mobilities carried out within each university involved. This exchange of good practices will increase the professional expertise of the Ovidius University of Constanta staff in the field of quality management and quality assurance. One of the great achievements could be the launch of a master''s program, taught in English, focused on innovative entrepreneurship and/or the introduction of sustainable entrepreneurship courses in the curricula of the Ovidius University of Constanta. From this project will benefit: students enrolled in a study program and teaching staff /administrative staff from the three universities.
