Description
The aim is to improve social dialogue to guarantee decent working conditions for Ukrainian refugees and faciliate their integration into the labour market.
The overall objective of the project is to facilitate the integration of Ukrainian refugees into the Polish labour market and ensure them decent working conditions. This outcome will be reached by increasing the capacity of social partners to guarantee decent work for Ukrainian refugees, enable refugees to find decent employment, and to develop social dialogue at regional level as regards integration of migrants and refugees.
The project will facilitate tripartite cooperation and include representatives of workers, employers and public authorities in a cooperation process focused on ensuring decent work for migrant and refugee workers, including exchange of best practice with Norway. The goal is to ensure sustainable integration of Ukrainians, in particular refugee women, within the Polish labour market and society, and avoid work exploitation and social dumping.
This project builds on the ongoing project MIGRIGHT which also includes capacity-building of social partners on decent work for migrant workers and refugees, and increases their awareness about their rights in the Polish labour market. The second phase will primarily focus on Ukrainian refugees.
The following activities will be carried out:
- Communication, including website and online events, three Vodcasts, social media profiles and video interviews with information for Ukrainian refugees
- Code of good practices for social partners in support to integration of Ukrainian refugees, prepared in tripartite consultations
- Development of FPP job search portal for Ukrainian refugees, including the appointment of legal adviser and a psychologist who will support the refugees.
- Establishment of local structures of FPP in three regions, including preparatory meetings, six regional working seminars, appointment of 3 coordinators and an expert.
