Description

The reason for the creation of the project was the need caused by the two-year COVID-19 pandemic situation and associated with restrictions (lack of personal contact) and at the same time the increasing need for support of people in society (increased number of mental difficulties in both children and parents). The purpose of the project is to create a multifunctional room through IT tools, thanks to which we could communicate with the professional and lay public, increase the quality of our existing services and also offer new services (quality video conferences with good audio and video transmission). The multifunctional room will allow us to connect with experts and people not only at the level of the Czech Republic, but also worldwide. Our clients (which primarily include children and parents) will save time and travel costs, and our services (consulting, workshops, webinars, courses, etc.) will be more accessible and sustainable. Thanks to the project, it will be possible to implement online consulting and professional events in higher quality. And it will connect us with foreign countries and distant partners. The project will purchase a high-definition projector mounted on the ceiling of the room, a camera with Ultra HD resolution, Speakerphone and necessary cabling and installation. 8 will be trained in the use of tools employees of the organization and to maintain know-how within the framework of sustainability, an internal manual will be created use of audio – visual technologies (AVT).

Summary of project results

The positive impact of the project on the activities of the organization is certainly both currently and in the long term. In about 1.5 months, AVT technique was repeatedly used at eventsfor the public and within the team.
