Summary of project results
The main objectives of the project are:
- Improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Obzornik community center, Golyam Chardak village;
- Implementing systems for the production of energy from renewable sources and management and monitoring of heat supply, to achieve the requirements for a building with near-zero energy consumption.
- Increasing expert capacity in the field of renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy management through exchange of experience with organizations from Norway with experience in this field.
Thermally insulated external walls. Replaced joinery. Thermal insulation of the roof and floor. Replaced lighting with energy-efficient ones through the supply and installation of energy-saving LED lighting fixtures. Built a complete heating system from a renewable energy source. Implemented a system for automated control and monitoring of heat supply.
Achieved energy class A of the entire building, reduced energy consumption of the community center, reduced energy consumption for heating and cooling. Completed and renovated lighting installation. Reduced lighting consumption. Achieved requirements for "Building with near-zero energy consumption". Effective management of facilities for the production of heat energy from renewable sources, optimal temperature of the premises at the lowest possible energy consumption.
Summary of bilateral results
Improved bilateral cooperation with interested stakeholders in the field of energy efficiency to present good practices and future development of the city and the municipality in this regard.
