This project proposal is aimed at implementing EE measures in the administrative building of the municipality of Tryavna, recommended in an energy efficiency audit. The package of measures for the building includes
-installation of a VRF heating/cooling system - a separate VRF system will be installed on each floor, relying on a seasonal efficiency SCOP≥3.50, which will contribute to considering the thermal energy produced by the VRF system as renewable energy
-supply of central control with WEB connection for comprehensive monitoring
-construction of a photovoltaic plant - installation of a total of 54 photovoltaic panels on the southern and eastern roof slopes of the building
-Replacement of exterior and interior lighting with LED fixtures and LED bulbs
-installation of a new thermal insulation system on the external walls, roof, window sides, floors (incl. adhesive, reinforcement mesh, corner profiles, fasteners, priming and application of coloured exterior plaster and boarding according to architectural design) incl. dismantling of existing screeds, flooring and boarding
-Replacement of joinery, including dismantling of old joinery - types 1 and 2. Windows type 1 shall be replaced with new PVC triple glazed windows with spacer with warm end. Windows type 2 shall be replaced with new AL windows with thermal break and double glazing.
The implementation of the project will be carried out in partnership between the Municipality of Tryavna and the Norwegian company Norsk Energy. The aim of the established partnership is to strengthen the bilateral relations between the donor and beneficiary countries, through the exchange of experience in the field of implementation of ESM for EE. Measures are foreseen to ensure publicity and visualization of the support received. The project is at a high level of readiness - a detailed design has been prepared, approved in accordance with the LMA.
