Description

The aim of the project is to improve the visibility of the Association "City for People" and increase the support of the population for its work by improving internal and external communication.

The project will include 2 main activities:
1. Development of the organization''s communication strategy and training of participants on various internal and external communication issues. It is planned that a total of 20-25 activists of the organization will be involved in the activity.
2. Creation and publication of videos about the activities and activists of the Association "City for People". 5 videos in an attractive and understandable way will create an idea of the areas of activity, responsibilities, opportunities to influence the processes in society, opportunities to get involved in this work, as well as introduce the activists of the organization.

Thus, the association''s communication with the public will be improved, making it more purposeful, efficient and professional. This will allow the organization to achieve its goals even more precisely and effectively. Improving internal communication will allow better use of the potential of all members, the development of new ideas and the involvement of even more supporters.

Summary of project results

The aim of the project was to improve internal and external communication, to promote awareness of the City for Human Society and to increase citizens'' support for its work.

Both internal and external communication during the project has clearly been promoted. All stakeholders have developed a communication strategy, learned the basics of communication, created 5 professional advertising clips about the organisation.

Training was very useful for the members of the association, but it coincided with the abolition of the pandemic restrictions, when people were less likely to participate in online events. People are tired of watching on the monitor and are happy to watch, learn and listen if activities take place in a face-to-face, informal atmosphere. Summer also proved to be the best time to attend out-of-the-way training. Therefore, future projects need to reflect very carefully on the format of training (presence or online) and to respond more flexibly to a perceived degree of motivation.

The members of the association mention that “thanks to the project, the members of the association have gained new valuable experience in filming, both in the preparation of screens and in the way filming works are carried out. We''ve received a lot of positive reactions on video, as well as more than 20 new applications. That means the video has worked well."
