REVITA project is a tool for improving the conditions and quality of presentation of the rich museum fund by applying interactive methods and entrepreneurial approach to strengthen the interest in the activities of the Regional Museum of Haskovo - Haskovo by the general public and to improve cultural heritage management. The project contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the EEA FM 2014-2021 for building broad cooperation between organizations from donor countries and Bulgaria, through which to reduce economic and social disparities in Europe. Accepting culture as an engine for local and regional development, organizations from Bulgaria and Iceland unite for the development of multicultural dialogue. The project will implement measures for revitalization of museum exhibitions, development of educational programs and initiatives to attract new audiences, incl. from ethnic and cultural minorities through: - Renovation and revitalization of exhibition spaces in the Ethnography Hall, Shishmanova House and Kirkovo School, which will improve the conditions for preservation and presentation of cultural heritage. - Presentation of new exhibitions and implementation of innovative technologies and interactive installations. Creating two new jobs. - Development of an entrepreneurial plan to stimulate the entrepreneurial approach in the activities of the museum. - Training of the personnel of RMH-Haskovo. - Establishment of Bilateral Cultural Cooperation Committee aimed at the development of cultural entrepreneurship. - Creative and educational workshops for all social and age groups with a focus on Roma children. Project management activities are also envisaged, as well as measures to inform the general public about the development of the project, its sustainability and results. The project will contribute to social and economic development through cultural cooperation, cultural entrepreneurship and cultural heritage management.
