Two new jobs will be created for the position of Organizer of cultural activities. An entrepreneurial plan will be prepared in order to analyze the external and internal environment and to set target values for key indicators of the partner organizations.A new exhibition will be presented in order to attract new audiences, especially in the face of children and young people who visit the clubs of interest in the Youth Home through their participation in a drawing and photography competition inspired by objects of movable and immovable cultural heritage in Vratsa region. The implementation of planned activities will contribute to overcoming problems related to the limited capabilities of the Municipality of Vratsa, as a primary budget manager, as well as outdated equipment and insufficiently suitable conditions for the presentation of movable cultural heritage sites. The expected results are related to improved management and presentation of the cultural heritage and attracting new audiences by revitalizing 2 exhibition halls.
