Description
The project aims to elaborate the technical documentation necessary for the modernization, rehabilitation, consolidation and endowment of a social medical center for the elderly in Rast commune.
On medium term, access to PP funding will be able to apply to a project with non-reimbursable funding with the documentation and in the long run it will reduce marginalization among the local community and increase the quality of life of the elderly.

This project proposes the preparation of technical documentation for modernization, rehabilitation, consolidation and endowment of a social medical center for the elderly in Rast commune.

The project supported the elaboration of the technical documentation for the modernization, rehabilitation, consolidation and endowment of a social medical center for the elderly, documentation necessary for project promoter to obtain financing for the effective realization of the investment.
The project increased the capacity of the local authority to obtain funding for the implementation of measures stipulated in local development strategies. Municipality developed preliminary technical documentation for an investment objective.
The project will further benefit for community upon submitting the technical documentation for funding from other sources and implementation of the infrastructure project for which the technical documentation was developed.
