OBJECTIVE:
Develop cultural collaboration and entrepreneurship in culture with a partner from the Donor State (Norway).
OPERATIONAL GOALS:
- popularize the concept of audience development;
- improve collaboration between institutions/organizations from Poland and Norway;
- develop capacities of cultural institutions in Poland through the Donor Country assistance.
EVENTS:
- Establishment of a dance school in Poland;
- Training of teachers and participants by the Norwegian partner;
- Integration and dance festival organized in the municipality of Ladek, involving participation of national minorities and persons with disabilities under the theme: "Language of Movement";
- Organization of festivals in Tromso (Arctic Jam) and in Ciazen (Midsummer Night) with virtual dance competitions for children and youth;
- A dance production combining Norwegian, Sámi, Polish and Polish minority folklore elements, to be shown in Poland as well as in theatres in Tromso and Kirkenes.

Summary of bilateral results
- joint conferences starting (in Norway) and ending the project (in Poland)- assistance in the operation of a dance school in Poland- two people from Poland completed an internship in Norway with a partner- participation in the "Language of Movement" integration and dance festival in Lądek in May 2022 and online qualifiers in June 2022 and meeting with disabled people and national minorities- organization of a joint performance in August 2023- participation of children from Poland in ArcticJam in Norway organized by the partner- online meetings with the project team"
