"The next step - Art close to Nature _ a study visit" to the project in the field of learning mobility, treated as an introduction to a large-scale project of the same title, planned for implementation by the emerging artistic center Hajnówka Centralna - Culture Station, organized by the Cultural Association " Postcard". The geographical location of the program beneficiary in the immediate vicinity of the Białowieża Forest is conducive to reaping the benefits of the neighborhood in favor of pro-ecological activities indicating the valuable relationship between humans and nature. Norwegian studies on coexistence with nature, learning the language of respect for man as a citizen of a democratic state and for man in correlation with the surrounding nature - these are the elements of inspiration and exploration in the field of artistic activities, to pursue the mission of an inclusive Europe and treat nature. The aim of the project is to achieve the effects of the skills of the project participants through social immersion in the local environments of the Donor State organization and use of the acquired knowledge to manage the organization and prepare an educational offer. The study visit consists in tracing the work system of an organization with an artistically similar business profile with a greater course of measures in its means, means of communication, means and part of communication defining the brand of the functioning organization in a network of cooperation with other interested parties. The assumption of the project is to get to know directly the effects of the organization''s work in its environment, which is the most methodologically effective cognitive tool. Our quality of the cultural offer in terms of competitiveness and innovation in the message will also affect. The project will be attended by five participants who substantively prepare the cultural offer of Hajnówka Centralna-Stacja Kultury.

Summary of project results

As part of the study visit, the following events took place: job shadowing in a related industry institution dealing with, among others, at the Studium Actoris theater impresario, observation participating in the preparation of Studium Actoris outdoor performances based on video materials from the institution''s archives, a mentoring meeting on raising funds for cultural activities with Egil Syversen, the retired head of the Culture Department of the city of Fredrikstad, presentation of the Fredrikstad City Culture, Environment and Development Department, and a walk a demonstration tour in the city parks, a study visit to the city library and a presentation of the cooperation between the city''s cultural institutions of Fredrikstad and the city hall in the field of outdoor events, an observation walk on the tourist trail in the Østfold region and a visit to tourist accommodation facilities, a mentoring meeting with the Tourist Club leader Stephen Gangstad and preparation of a traditional Norwegian meal, visit to an educational walk in the Larvik commune beech forest educational park, recorded streaming meeting on the Facebook platform concerning art, nature and audience, organizing an interactive exhibition about the nature and wildlife of Norway in the visitor center of the Hardangervidda National Park in Vestland and a mentoring meeting with the director of the Hardangervidda National Park tourist center Perem Lykke, a mentoring meeting with Ann Beate Hovind regarding the The Future Library project, cooperation of non-governmental organizations with structures local government and a sightseeing visit to the Bjørvik library in Oslo in terms of the use of plant elements in the arrangement of public space.

Summary of bilateral results

The cooperation was very smooth and trouble-free, Project Promotor received full substantive and logistical support at each stage of our study visit; the Host Institution helped in renting accommodation and catering at attractive prices, i.e. we took advantage of their developed paths of cooperation in the implementation of projects. They were also helpful in organizing the car necessary to implement the schedule of the visit, shared their knowledge, experience during participatory observation (job shadowing). With their help, an online conference was held to promote, among other things, the goals and objectives of the study visit. Most of the meetings were organized thanks to their patronage.
