Description
The aim of the project is advocacy work towards the Departments of Social and Legal Protection of
Children (OSPOD) in 2 regions in order to involve the form of patronage of adolescents from
insititutional care (IC) in the methodological guidance of OSPOD workers within municipalities who are
responsible for preparing children growing up in IC for independent life. Young people leaving IC are at
multiple risk of social disadvantage. The Patron project gives an adult guide to young people from IC.
This patron will support young people in solving difficult life situations after leaving IC.
