Description
The project, through efficient communication with economic partners in the educational activity facilitates the contact with the work environment, with the concrete work situations determining the students to be more realistic in choosing and keeping the job. Project objectives: 1. Correlation of the specialized curriculum with the dynamics of the labor market; 2. Adapting students'' practical skills to the requirements of the labor market; 3. Training and improvement of teachers in the economic field and practice tutors. The participants in the study visit are 6 teachers from our high school who teach economic subjects and 5 representatives from the partner company, these being the practice tutors of our students. The main activities are: 1. Project management starting with the first month of the project; 2. Activities directly addressed to the target group; 3. Communication, information and dissemination activities 4. Effective project implementation activities. Impact: The project brings significant benefits in the evolution of the educational society, both from the point of view of the development of the practice, and from the socio-economic perspective of improving the situation on the labor market. The results of the project will be materialized for students through: 2 curriculum programs at the school''s decision, in accordance with the specifications of Order 3502/2018: specialization Technician in administration and Technician in postal activities, level 4 according to CNC; 4 learning agreements; 1 practical training guide. For teachers: recognized / validated transferable credits (ECVET); Europass mobility certificates; Certificate of language training, English, of at least 30 hours; For the economic operator: 5 practice tutors that will be trained; increasing efficiency, productivity in your own company by acquiring new skills; direct participation in the training and development of future employees.
Summary of project results
Tangible results:
2 Locall Development Curricula (CDL), for the final years of the Technician in administration and Technician in postal activities qualifications;
8 learning agreements for each of the 4 years of study for high school education qualifications provided in partnership with the partner economic agent in the project
a practical training guide for both qualifications".
660 students (89.8%), out of the total number of 735 students in VET classes, declared that they obtained better learning results during the internships than in previous years.
Intangible results: for the teachers participating in the study visit, they obtain transferable and accumulation credits represented by the units of learning results acquired by participating in the project activities and which constitute professional training in the specialty, evaluated, certified, recognized/validated (ECVET); Language training certificate (English skills), for at least 30 hours. The economic operator considers that his activity is improved through 5 practice tutors who will be trained by participating in the project, acquiring a higher level of qualification; 5 practice tutors more familiarised with the educational environment; increasing efficiency and productivity in one''s own company by acquiring new skills; direct participation in thetraining and improvement of future employees.
