Description

The unsustainable state of fragmented online communication through 2 websites remains a problem historically as well as user friendly perception. Simultaneous development of two sites is not effective because of bad synergy, different visual identity, disunity of communication to the target group, lack of sources for actualisations, bad safety, difficult applications of new technologies, automatization and development of the web sites.
We address the issue of more effective communication with members and the public with an interest in the issue of gender inequality in remuneration and the position of women at work.
Our project has two main activities. Custom analysis, which was consulted and highly recommended from IT professionals and website integration with an emphasis on innovation, efficiency and maximum connectivity systems.
We will analytically assess the two main web presentations with the aim to integrate and update used apps as FAPI, SmartEmailing, registration module with connection to CRM SalesForce, Google Workspace for Nonprofits, etc).
The beneficiaries from the projects are women, who are at risk in the labor market, economic dependence or returning to the labor market that we work with. Better orientation in our projects and activities will help them to join easily and more efficiently. The final beneficiary group are volunteers and team workers, who instead of administrative and back office work will be devoted to direct work with members, partners, fundraising and support for advocacy activities of our topics.
We expect that the level of services we provide will increase (public awareness, satisfaction and involvement of members, quality production of events and projects), as well as our role and public reputation in promoting our strategic topics, which lasts for 12 years.

Summary of project results

We use the website and new tools to educate our members and target groups. The events we organize are professional and that''s how their presentation on the website should look.
We value client organization and keeping pace with the IT development of our partners.
The introduction of new tools (payment gateway) and tool innovation (functional GA, updated templates, etc.) save administrative manpower and at the same time speed up responses to the demands of advocacy.
By simplifying and automating processes, we can now focus on current topics related to women''s economic security and will be able to reach a larger mass of followers.
