Description

In Vaslui county there are many pupils who belong to vulnerable groups which generates the necessity of inclusive education and to apply educational system mechanisms to maintain the children in school,  to bring families in as educational partners and to support the local communities for pupils’ success.
objective:
1.acquiring new knowledge and competences of experiential inclusive education, designed to attract/motivate pupils and communities’ educational partners, for 4 educational experts of THS VS; 2.Improving the educational competences and collaboration practices based on interdisciplinary curriculum projects, for the 4 educational experts of TSH VS; 3.Development of knowledge transfer skills and competences acquired by the participants to European mobility, in order to facilitate good inclusive best practices in interdisciplinary teams, capable of generating innovative quality changes in education and training for 5 schools in the county.
The long-term project benefits are: New opportunities for partnership and cooperation in European education/training for county schools and THS Vs; Transference and application of innovative educational/training best practices and quality standards; Schools interest for elaboration and implementation of projects through European mobility; Generating an inclusive school environment of facilitating pupils’ categories participation, with an impact on reducing absenteeism and school dropout. Educational experts THS VS can implement newly accredited programs in the inclusive education field; The application of inclusive experiential learning methods in schools stimulates pupils’ learning efforts and reduces proneness to school failure/corrections; Access to European education and training networks of schools facilitates future experiences and exchanges of best practices in education.

Summary of project results

  • The candidacy proposed, and the Report reflects well the achievement, institution-specific steps to approach inclusion in schools in the county system; 

  • The activities took place well in the logical sequence: the selection of participants to participate in the courses, their preparation in all relevant aspects, participation in courses with monitoring, evaluation and Europass certification of purchases with recognition through transferable credits; 

  • The valorization of the acquisitions materialized through the inclusion of a new ME approved course in the CCD training offer, the creation of a guide with an ISBN and through consistent direct follow-up activities, carried out in 6 schools with the involvement of a significant number of direct participants (teachers, students and parents);

  • These steps had a good impact both on the applicant and on the schools involved. 

  • The implementation of the project was carried out in compliance with the good inclusion of the application in the objectives and priorities of the Action; 

  • The selection process was transparent, with clear criteria and a good preparation was made for the accepted candidates; 

  • The implementation of the project made good use of the specificity of the applying organization, with relevant results for the institutional development of current activities and the capacity to operate in an international framework; 

  • The implementation of the project has well capitalized on the specificity of the applicant organization, with relevant results for the institutional development of current activities and of the operating capacity in the international framework; 

  • Good visibility was achieved for the project and the CCD website is well organized, providing relevant information about all national and international projects implemented; 

  • The dissemination of the results was well done, both through direct activities and through online activities
