The initiative aims to establish cooperation, exchange, sharing, and transfer of knowledge and experience and best practices between the Applicant and two Norwegian entities - Aldring og helse - Aging and health and Norsk Revmatikerforbund - Norwegian Rheumatism Association.

Summary of the results
Thanks to the initiative, cooperation was established with Revmatikerforsy, which was especially important from the point of view of inspiring the organization of the Norwegian organization''s operations, which may be applicable in the future also in Czech conditions. We have received a large amount of information from this partner regarding their operation, development and financing.
From the second partner, Aldring og helse, we obtained information regarding their approach to care for patients with dementia, support for their families, so that the affected person can remain in a family environment for as long as possible. In addition to the communicated information, we also discussed family support projects and care staff. We also obtained press materials.
