Description
The project aims to increase the access of disadvantaged groups to integrated social services (in the fields of social assistance, education, health, housing, employment), as well as to increase the level of satisfaction of beneficiaries regarding the quality of these services. The project responds to real needs of families and vulnerable people in the rural area of Sânpetru de Câmpie, Mureș County.
The target groups are: 450 people (of which 60 children aged 0-14 years and 30 young people aged 15-24) who are part of 150 vulnerable families (of which 40 Roma families).
Activities include: providing socio-medical services for 450 people, providing assistance, support and accompaniment in order to regulate the housing situation (including obtaining property documents for housing), providing a package of services for the development of skills for accessing jobs for 160 people (unemployed and inactive, young people not in any educational or training program), educational activities for 60 school children (of which 18 Roma), providing parental education services for 40 parents.
PP is responsible for the implementation of activities in the field of social assistance and housing, respectively for the management and monitoring of activities and results. The Buckner Association (P1) will ensure the implementation of employment activities for the target group, and the "Saint Peter" Gymnasium School (P2) will provide services in the field of education.
