Summary of project results
- The project responded to the institutional needs of promoting education for democratic citizenship and human rights (ECDDO) at the level of educational units in the county, facilitating the development of the competencies of 5 CJRAE teachers to act as multipliers and trainers.
- At the institutional level, the project was complementary to other initiatives to promote an inclusive, democratic school.
- The training activity through mobility was carried out according to the initial plan and led to consistent learning outcomes.
- All 5 participants received the Europass mobility certificate.
- The project led to an increase in the institutional capacity for European cooperation; the collaboration with the training provider institution is foreseen.
- The report clearly presents the activities carried out and the results obtained, which correspond to a very large extent to the initial planning (for some of the qualitative results, more information would have been needed).
- The report indicates the achievement of the general objective of the project - the promotion of education for democratic citizenship in educational and counseling practices. In general, the proposed quantitative indicators related to the number of participants have been exceeded.
- The dissemination activities are well presented, carried out according to the application (press releases at the beginning and end of the project, events, ART catalog, project page).
- There are no references to the linguistic level of the participants, taking into account that linguistic training was carried out from the project budget (the provider is mentioned, but not the level of skills developed).
- There are no references to the equivalence of professional credits corresponding to mobility.
- Although the large number of participants in local activities is appreciated, a minimum description of their profile would have been necessary - who are the community representatives who participated, what collaborations or ways to capitalize on the results of the training activity could exist, how the parents or students were selected to participate in workshops, how they will capitalize on the training experience).
