The project entitled "Professional graduates for our community" aims to conduct a 9-day Study Visit for 10 VET teachers in the field of Agriculture and 3 tutors from the economic agent partner SCDCPN Dabuleni, at the host institution EUROPEAN EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION SINGLE MEMBER PC , to contribute to the acquisition by them of the abilities to improve the internships of the students at the economic agents partners according to the model from the Greek partner, which has the national and international expertise and experience.
Project objectives:
1 VET teachers and tutors with didactic, managerial, tutoring, organizational and linguistic competences, leading to the efficiency of the internships in partnership with companies. 2 Creation of a set of products that will streamline the professional training activity of the school students.
Expected learning achievements: 8 VET teachers and 3 tutors in the field of Agriculture will improve their teaching skills regarding the design and organization of internships in a real environment at the partner companies, communication skills and management skills.
The project products: 2 Local Development Curricula, 1 Tutoring Guide, 1 Partnership agreement with the partner company regarding the internship, 1 tool with methodological landmarks regarding the organization and development of practical training with tutoring.
The integration of the experiences and results of the Study Visit in the didactic activity, the practice in our institution is very necessary, in order to increase the students ''involvement in quality professionalization activities, which will generate a reduction of students'' absenteeism by at least 20%. of graduates with at least 5%.
Summary of project results
The project was satisfactorily relevant for the intended target groups and for the applicant and the partner economic operator.
The objectives were achieved and all the proposed results were achieved, at a satisfactory level of quality.
The results of the project are as follows:
• All 10 teachers participating in the study visit declared that they developed skills/competences.
• The 3 representatives of the economic agent participating in the study visit declared that they developed skills regarding the organization of students'' internships.
• 13 people participated in the study visit.
• 2 CDLs were completed -1, "Assurance and preparation of biological material, for the establishment of vegetable crops in protected spaces", class XII - a, Horticultural Technician qualification; - CDL 2, "Establishment and maintenance of fruit shrub plantations" , 10th grade, horticultural technician qualification. The two CDLs were approved by the Dolj County School Inspectorate and approved by CLDPS, according to the regulations in force. It is specified that CDLs are used in the professional training program from the 2021-2022 school year. They are structured according to the methodology in force.

• 1 Practice Tutor''s Guide that also contains worksheets and assessment sheets for students for practice placements.
