Description
The main objective of the project is to reduce energy consumption and decrease CO2 emissions through the rehabilitation of administrative building. The administrative building, proposed for rehabilitation is located in Bors Commune, Bihor County.
The technical solution includes thermal insulation of the exterior walls and the exterior windows. The heating system will also be retrofitted by installing a thermal power station in condensation, with natural gas fuel with a high energy efficiency. A solar thermal collector system will be installed to supply domestic hot water in order to reduce the heating usage. Finally, the lighting system will be retrofitted by replacing the current system with LED luminaires with high energy efficiency. Key activities include:
- External consultancy which includes the technical aspect.
- Investments related to the new systems.
- Internal project management.
- Project publicity to ensure the visibility of the project.
Expected outcomes of the project include a reduction of energy consumption by 201,43 MWh/year. CO2 equivalent emission reduction per year is estimated to be around 60,91 tonnes.
